• Late Payment Fee - Php 850 per incidence of late payment or non-payment
• Pre-termination Fee - 5% of Outstanding Balance or Php 550, whichever is higher

Example: For a Php 300,000 loan with a 1.25% monthly add-on interest and repayment period of 36 months, the estimated monthly amortization is Php 12,083.33. A minimal one-time disbursement fee of Php 1,500 and documentary stamp tax (DST) of Php 2,250 will also be deducted from your loan proceeds. The ACR (Annual Contractual Rate) is 25.976% and APR (Annual Percentage Rate or Effective Interest Rate) is 30.516%.*

*Minimum APR is 30.516% and maximum APR is 33.317%.

• Filipino citizen
• At least 21 years old at the time of loan application and 65 years old upon loan maturity
• Have a gross annual income of at least PHP 250,000
• Have an existing credit card
• If employed: be of regular status with current employer for at least 1 year
• If self-employed: be at least 2 years in the current business

The loanable amount for Metrobank’s Personal Loans ranges from Php 20,000 up to Php 2M, but the approved loan amount will vary per borrower depending on the evaluation of the borrower's financial circumstances and history during application.

How can I pay the amortizations due for my loan?

Loan amortizations shall be paid through an auto-debit arrangement (ADA) in your Metrobank deposit account. If you do not have an existing Metrobank deposit account yet, you will be required to open an account once your loan has been approved.
